Due to the popularity of our suites, we suggest you book reservations early. A credit card or advance payment by check confirms your reservation. For your convenience, we accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. Minimum stay is two nights.

Pets

We will permit a cat or small dog in the Heceta Suite with a $15 non-refundable fee. Please mention your pet when making your reservation. Pets are not permitted in in any of our other suites. All pets must be washed and groomed before arriving at Sea Breeze and no pets are allowed on furniture. Additional fees will be charged for excessive cleaning.

Smoking Policy

For the comfort of all our guests, we do not permit smoking in any of our suites. Guests are allowed to smoke on the balcony and downstairs on the sidewalk. Both areas are covered.

Cancellation Policy

Your deposit will be refunded if the room can be re-booked. Failure to give 48 hours notice of cancellation will result in a full charge for the reservation.

Check-In / Check-Out

Alternate check-in/out times must be arranged in advance.
Check-In time is 3 pm.
Check-Out is 11:00 am.
